PROGRAM CONTENT

  • Uncover and explore individual qualities, building awareness of your resources. Connect entrepreneurial success with the confidence to act.

    1. Discover your personal strong skills and competences to make you confident in building your company

    2. Gather feedback from partners and family about your best qualities

  • Focus on customer development and proof of ideas, aligning qualities with entrepreneurial concepts. Tools include Business Model Canvas and customer development models.

    1. Get the overview of your business or idea and make questions for interviewing your clients to discover their real needs

    2. Contact 10 potential clients

    3. Conduct 2-3 customer development interviews

  • Equip you with tools to act despite uncertainty. Address common insecurities and provide strategies for taking action despite insecurity and the risk of failing.

    1. Develop ability to take your important next steps easier

  • Focus on understanding customers, effective engagement, close more customers and strategies for obtaining valuable feedback.

    1. Make a customer journey map.

    2. Perform sales actions (6 meetings OR 50 calls OR 100 personal emails).

  • Delve into your personal barriers. Increase awareness, challenge assumptions, and provide tools for transformative change.

    1. Get tools to transform obstacles into opportunities and positive outcomes.

  • Express and own your vision. Connect desires, capabilities, and commitment for an easier entrepreneurial journey.

about us

Peter Laut Matzen: educator, facilitator and owner of the consultancy business

 

Bohdan is a motivated business developer and business coach with a wealth of experience. As the former owner of the IT company Khorlo, LLC, he specialised in automating business processes for various industries.

Also, Bohdan has provided consultancy services for small businesses in Ukraine, enabling them to achieve significant growth rates of 2-5 times per year. Currently Bohdan is helping to develop businesses in Danmark.

 

Peter is a dedicated educator and facilitator. He is the owner of the consultancy business Handlemod.dk, which has for 8 years been guiding individuals and organizations through transformational changes.

Peter holds a Master of Arts in Learning and Innovation from Aalborg University. Throughout his career, Peter has been actively involved in fostering student entrepreneurship and startup programs in collaboration with Business Aalborg and Fremtidsfabrikken in Svendborg.
